Thickened cream | 250ml |
Mascarpone cream | 250ml |
Icing sugar | 1 cup |
Vanilla bean extract | 1 ½ tsp |
Ferrero Rochers | 1 Large box |
Ferrero Rocher Pandoro ~ step by step
- Cut store brought Pantone into 5cm layers.
- Whip thickened cream, vanilla bean extract, ½ cup icing sugar (sifted) and mascarpone until stiff peaks form.
- In between each layer of pandoro cake pipe the cream mixture.
- Dust with the remaining icing sugar.
- Decorate cake with Ferrero’s.
